Hey,I’m Baylee! When I’m not behind the chair, I’m probably outside soaking up the sun with my dog, chasing some peace and quiet. I’m a big fan of slow mornings, a cold Dr Pepper, hanging with my cats, and spending time with the people I love most. Basically, if it involves fresh air or good energy, I’m in. I’m happiest catching sunsets, hiking a good trail, planning my next trip, or aimlessly shopping just because Target and TJ Maxx are my weakness

I started my journey with Avante in 2022 working the front desk, and instantly fell in love with the energy of the salon world. I graduated from Ogle School of Cosmetology in 2024, and since then, I’ve been lucky enough to learn under my amazing educator Jamie.she’s the queen of detail, killer color, and teaching with heart. Thanks to her, I’ve learned the value of slowing down, listening, and doing everything with intention.

My goal as your stylist is simple: make you feel confident, comfortable, and completely like yourself (just with better hair). Behind the chair, I’m all about creating hair that fits you not just what’s trending. I specialize in custom color, blonding, and styling updos that make you feel like the main character. Whether you’re here for a full transformation or just a touch-up to feel like yourself again, I’ve got you. My chair is a chill, no-judgment zone where we laugh a lot, talk real life, and make your hair goals actually happen.
