OUR ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
Cosmetology school gave you your license. Now let's build your career.
Our Associate Program is designed for newly licensed cosmetologists who want additional hands-on training before stepping fully behind the chair.
Associates work alongside experienced Avanté Educators while developing their skills in:
Cutting • Color • Styling • Consultations • Guest Experience • Product Knowledge • Business Building
Our goal isn't to keep you an Associate.
Our goal is to prepare you to become a successful Avanté Stylist.
You'll progress through structured training and skill development so that when you're ready to move behind the chair, you aren't starting from zero, you're starting with a foundation.

GUEST SERVICE
Our Guest Service Team is the first and last impression of The Avanté Experience.
This is more than answering phones and scheduling appointments. You'll learn hospitality, guest communication, reservations, service recommendations, retail and the systems that keep a successful salon and spa running.
