CAN I PRESCHEDULE MY RESERVATION?
We recommend you schedule your next reservation while you are checking out, so you have the day and time that works best for you.
WHAT IF I AM NOT ABLE TO USE MY MONTHLY SERVICE? DOES IT CARRY OVER?
You will receive one monthly membership service on the 1st of the month. Your monthly membership service expires on the last day of the calendar month.
WHAT CAN I USE MY 10% SERVICE DISCOUNTS ON?
You can use your 10% discount on Retail, Spa Services, Signature Blowout and Spa Lunch.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
To cancel after your 12-month agreement term, email Falan.Avante@gmail.com with your name by the 15th of the preceding month. Memberships cannot be canceled within the 12-month term unless you provide documentation that you permanently relocated or a physician certifies that you are unable to receive all the services.
HOW AM I BILLED?
Our members are auto charged through our secure billing system on the 1st of the month. After the initial membership term, your spa membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis.
