Hi, I’m Morgan!
I have been with the Avante Team for six exciting years. I began as a Guest Service Provider while I was in college for criminal justice! Just before college graduation I struggled with the fact that I was not super passionate for the career I was about to have.
I put all my trust in God to guide me to what he wanted for my life. Soon after, I knew I wanted to have my career at Avante and I was born to be a hairstylist! I enrolled in Paul Mitchell The School of Arlington, where I absolutely fell in love with hair. Where I am in my journey, I have never felt more sure about my career choice! It feels so good to enjoy going to work every day! I love my job and I love to serve and make my guests feel super special. I couldn’t imagine ever doing anything else! I have been most recognized for my ability to give the guest exactly what they want! I listen and precisely produce! My specialties are Blonding and Dimensional Coloring, and I am certified in Brazilian Blowouts! I’m so very thankful for coming from a small town to a big city and finding not only myself, but also the best salon family.. Ever! Outside of work I like to spend time with friends, and family.
